Refund Policy

Failed generations. When a generation fails — whether due to a provider error, a moderation flag on the upstream model, or a transient network issue — the credits used for that generation are refunded to your balance automatically. No action is required.

New subscriptions — 7-day money-back guarantee. Every first subscription charge is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If Pitron isn't right for you, email hello@pitron.ai within 7 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full. The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first charge of your first subscription.

Subscriptions. You can cancel a Pitron subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access (and any remaining credits) until then. Beyond the 7-day guarantee above, we do not pro-rate partial-month refunds for subscriptions that have already been used.

Credits. Credits granted from a subscription roll over while your subscription stays active and expire when it ends. Credits purchased as one-time top-ups do not expire, but are non-refundable once any portion has been used.

Disputes & exceptions. If you believe you were charged in error — duplicate billing, a charge after cancellation, or a credit grant that did not land — email hello@pitron.ai within 30 days of the charge and we'll resolve it. We process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

Chargebacks. If you have a billing concern, please email us first. Chargebacks initiated without contacting support may result in account suspension until the dispute is resolved.
