How do credits work?

Credits are the universal unit across every model. Subscriptions refresh credits on each billing rollover. Failed generations refund automatically — there is no human-in-the-loop. Unused credits roll over while your subscription is active.

Is my subscription renewed automatically?

Yes. Plans renew on the same date each month or year, depending on your billing cadence. Cancel any time from your dashboard — your access stays live until the end of the current period.

Is there a free plan?

Signing up is free and needs no card. A free account lets you explore the app, browse every model, and build canvases — it does not include generation credits. Subscribe or buy a one-time credit pack to start generating.

How many images or videos can I generate?

It depends on the models you pick. Light image models like FLUX.2 Pro (45 credits per image) stretch your credits far further than premium video models like Veo 3.1 (4,160 credits per 8-second clip). The compare table above shows per-month counts for each plan at default settings.

How can I purchase extra credits?

One-time top-up packs from 15,000 up to 1,000,000 credits are available to any account — no subscription required. They are added to your balance instantly and stack on top of any monthly allotment.

What happens if a generation fails?

Credits are refunded automatically before the next request runs. You never pay for output you did not get.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes. Every new subscription is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee — if Pitron isn’t right for you, email hello@pitron.ai within 7 days of your first charge and we refund it in full, no questions asked. You can also cancel anytime from your account; access stays live until the end of the period you paid for.

Do credits roll over?

Yes — while your subscription is active, unused credits carry forward without expiry. They only burn down once you cancel.

Can I change my plan after purchase?

Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next period.

How does the Team plan work?

Team is not available yet — the card on this page is marked Coming Soon. Self-serve plans today are Starter, Plus, and Ultra.

Do you have an API?

You can mint a personal API key from Account → API keys. Generation is credit-metered like the studios. The live concurrency cap is 5 in-flight jobs per user (the same cap as the UI), not a separate Team-only API quota.
