Terms of Service

Our full Terms of Service are being finalized. While that document is in flight, here's the working summary: by using Pitron you agree to use the service for lawful creative work, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, and you take responsibility for the prompts you submit and the content you publish.

Outputs you generate are yours to use commercially under your active subscription tier. Pitron retains the right to suspend accounts that violate provider terms (CSAM, deepfakes of non-public figures without consent, targeted harassment, or attempts to abuse the credit system).

Failed generations are refunded automatically. Subscription changes and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. For account-specific questions, contact hello@pitron.ai.
