Terms of Service

Last updated: July 20, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Pitron (“Pitron”, “we”, “us”), the operator of pitron.ai. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Pitron.

1. What Pitron is

Pitron is an AI creative studio: you submit prompts and input media, and Pitron generates images, video, and audio for you. Generations run on AI models hosted by third-party providers (for example, models served through fal.ai). Pitron routes your request to the selected model, tracks the job, and stores the result in your account.

Because outputs come from AI models, they are probabilistic. Results may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your purpose, and the same prompt can produce different results each time. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before you use or publish them.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pitron. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You sign in with an email address or a third-party account (Google, Apple, Microsoft, or GitHub). You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. One person per account; accounts are not transferable.

3. Credits, subscriptions, and billing

Generations consume credits. Credits come from a subscription (billed monthly or annually) or from one-time credit packs. The credit cost of a generation depends on the model, duration, resolution, and other settings, and is shown before you submit. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Failed generations are refunded automatically — if a job fails for any reason (provider error, upstream moderation, network issue), the credits are returned to your balance without you needing to ask.

New subscriptions carry a 7-day money-back guarantee, and subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Full details, including how credits roll over and expire, are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

We may change pricing or credit costs going forward. Price changes to an active subscription only apply from your next renewal, and we'll notify you before they do.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pitron to create or distribute:

  • Content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or that facilitates illegal activity.
  • Child sexual abuse material of any kind, including fictional, stylized, or AI-generated depictions. This results in immediate permanent termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.
  • Deepfakes or impersonations of real people without their consent, including synthetic voices, faces, or likenesses used to deceive, defame, or harass.
  • Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Targeted harassment, incitement to violence, or fraudulent or deceptive content (scams, disinformation presented as fact).

The third-party model providers we route to enforce their own content policies, and their moderation applies on top of ours. You also agree not to abuse the platform itself — no attempts to circumvent credit accounting, rate limits, or moderation, no scraping or reselling of the service, and no reverse engineering.

5. Your content and ownership

Your inputs stay yours. You retain all rights you hold in the prompts and media you upload. You confirm you have the rights needed to submit them — including consent from any real people depicted.

Outputs are yours too. To the extent permitted by applicable law and the terms of the underlying model providers, Pitron assigns to you all rights it may have in the outputs you generate. Commercial use of outputs is allowed on paid tiers. Note that the copyright status of purely AI-generated works varies by jurisdiction, and we can't guarantee outputs are protectable or non-infringing.

You grant Pitron a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your inputs and outputs — but only as needed to operate the service: running your generations, showing you your history, and delivering files you choose to share or publish. We do not use your content to train our own models.

6. Service availability

We work to keep Pitron reliable, but the service is provided without an uptime guarantee or SLA. Third-party models may be updated, degraded, or discontinued by their providers at any time, and we may add, change, or remove models and features accordingly. Where a model you rely on is removed, your credits remain usable on other models.

7. Disclaimers

Pitron is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, lawful to use in your context, or free of third-party rights. Nothing on Pitron is professional advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pitron will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the amounts you paid Pitron in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Termination

You can stop using Pitron and request account deletion at any time by emailing hello@pitron.ai. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms — including the acceptable use rules above or attempts to abuse the credit system. For serious violations we may terminate immediately; otherwise we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you first. Unused purchased credits on a terminated-for-violation account are forfeited; on a voluntary closure, the Refund Policy applies.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. For material changes we'll give notice — by email or an in-product notice — before they take effect. Continuing to use Pitron after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Israel, unless the consumer protection law of your place of residence gives you non-waivable rights to a different venue.
