Credits are the universal unit across every model. Subscriptions refresh credits on each billing rollover. Failed generations refund automatically — there is no human-in-the-loop. Unused credits roll over while your subscription is active.
Is my subscription renewed automatically?
Yes. Plans renew on the same date each month or year, depending on your billing cadence. Cancel any time from your dashboard — your access stays live until the end of the current period.
How many images or videos can I generate?
It depends on the models you pick. Cheaper models like Nano Banana Pro stretch your credits much further than premium video models. The compare table above shows realistic per-tier counts at typical settings.
How can I purchase extra credits?
Top-up packs (15,000 / 40,000 / 85,000 credits) are available on every paid tier. They do not expire while your subscription is active and stack on top of your monthly allotment.
What happens if a generation fails?
Credits are refunded automatically before the next request runs. You never pay for output you did not get.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Every new subscription is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee — if Pitron isn’t right for you, email hello@pitron.ai within 7 days of your first charge and we refund it in full, no questions asked. You can also cancel anytime from your account; access stays live until the end of the period you paid for.
Do credits roll over?
Yes — while your subscription is active, unused credits carry forward without expiry. They only burn down once you cancel.
Can I change my plan after purchase?
Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next period.
How does the Team plan work?
Team is per-seat with a shared workspace, role-based access (Owner / Editor / Viewer), an audit log of every generation, and a dedicated support channel. Billing is centralized — one invoice, multiple seats. Add or remove seats any time; you only pay for what you used.
Do you have an API?
Self-serve API access is included on Team and above. Default rate limit is 120 req/min with 20 concurrent jobs and webhook callbacks. Enterprise gets custom limits and dedicated capacity.
